Chicken Kabob: Boneless and skinless chicken breast marinated and skewered with tomatoes, bell peppers and onions, and grilled, served over Minnesota wild rice.

Lamb Chops: Lamb chops, lightly seasoned and char-grilled.

Tilapia Plaki: Fresh filet, backed with onions, garlic, celery, sweet peppers, fresh tomatoes and basil.
