APPETIZERS  
STEAK TARTARE  
Beef tenderloin finely chopped, with Dijon mustard, Bermuda onions, capers, egg yolk, Worcestershire and hot pepper sauce,
served with caper berries and toasted pita.  
SHRIMP COCKTAIL
Colossal shrimp poached and then chilled, homemade cocktail sauce. 
AHI TUNA    
Sushi-grade tuna, Cajun-crusted and pan-seared, served with seaweed salad, pickled ginger, wasabi and soy sauce.  
BAKED CLAMS CASINO
Long Island little neck clams, baked with red & green peppers, garlic, shallots, parsley, bacon and Casino butter. 
SPINACH PIE
Fresh baby spinach, fresh dill, scallions, leeks and feta cheese, nutmeg and cumin, in phyllo dough, baked to a golden crisp.

Fresh Buffalo mozzarella, beefsteak tomatoes, grilled Portobello mushroom and fresh basil, balsamic vinaigrette.

A crunchy cold wedge of iceberg lettuce smothered with a tangy crumbled Blue cheese dressing (apple wood smoked bacon, optional). 
CAESAR SALAD
Crisp romaine hearts, herbed crostini, white anchovies, shaved parmesan Grana Pandana and our signature Caesar dressing. 
CHOPPED SALAD
Mixed greens, tomatoes, black olives, hearts of palm, walnuts and goat cheese, champagne-tarragon vinaigrette. 
STEAKHOUSE SALAD
Mixed baby lettuce, sliced beefsteak tomatoes and red Bermuda onions, gorgonzola, choice of dressing.

BBQ BABY BACK RIBS
Homemade BBQ sauce, shoe-string potatoes and Ratatouille. 
BEEF & TURKEY MEATLOAF
A House specialty, served with mashed potatoes, ratatouille and wild mushroom sauce. 

NEW YORK STRIP (12 oz)

Dry aged, Certified Black Angus Sirloin steak, char-grilled at a volcanic temperature of 1600 degrees F and served with Lyonnaise potatoes and sautéed wild mushrooms. 

PRIME RIB (14 oz)

Certified Black Angus rib eye, seasoned with our special spices and slow-oven roasted, served with baked potato and grilled asparagus. 

STEAK AU POIVRE

12 oz dry aged, Certified Black Angus, sirloin steak, peppercorn crusted and pan-seared, served with a light Courvoisier-peppercorn sauce, mashed potatoes and sautéed baby spinach.

STEAK DIANE

Beef tenderloin medallions, sautéed with shallots in a lightDijon - Armagnac sauce, served with potato gratin Dauphinoisse and grilled asparagus.  

BEEF STROGANOFF

Filet mignon tips braised with wild mushrooms and Vidalia onions and served over Minnesota wild rice,in a light cream sauce. 

DELMONICO STEAK (20 oz)

Certified Black Angus rib eye steak, char-grilled at 1600 degrees F and served with shoe-string potatoes and haricots verts.

BEEF WELLINGTON

Beef tenderloin baked in phyllo dough with mushroom Duxelles and foie gras, served with shoe-string potatoes, grilled asparagus, sauce Perigourdine. 

LAMB CHOPS

Lightly seasoned lamb chops, char-grilled and served with mashed potatoes, haricots verts and mint peppercorn sauce.

CRAB CAKE

Jumbo lump Maryland crab cake, broiled and served with Minnesotawild rice and grilled asparagus,grain mustard aioli.

CHICKEN KABOB

Boneless and skinless chicken breast marinated and skewered with tomatoes, Sweet peppers and onions, grilled and served over rice. 

WILD SALMON

Fresh, wild salmon filet, broiled and served with haricots verts andmashed potatoes,yellow curry-amaretto sauce. 

GREEK PASTICHIO

Well seasoned ground lamb and beef, with long macaroni, crowned with béchamel sauce and baked to an irresistible unity of subtle flavors. 

GRILLED SHRIMP

Colossal Gulf shrimp, marinated and cedar plank grilled, served with  mashed potatoes and steamed asparagus.

GREEK MOUSAKA

Well seasoned ground beef with layers of potatoes and eggplant, crowned with Béchamel sauce and baked to an irresistible unity of subtle flavors.
